So I've started slacking again with the blog - guess that is just how life goes. It is now 2012 and I am 34 years old! We have had a rough start this year with things breaking left and right (oven, dryer, toaster, car hood latch, flat tire, truck not starting, I had strep throat for birthday, heath caught a flu bug). We are at the point that we are awaiting what will happen next but the good thing is that we now laugh about it when it happens. It is all about perspective. If we weren't blessed with so much then these things couldn't happen....
Anyway what prompted me to write tonight is that I finished a great book called UNBROKEN. It is by the same author of SEABISCUIT (which I have yet to read or see), Laura Hillenbrand. It was so interesting to me and had a wonderful ending! I recommend it to anyone....especially those who enjoy true stories/non-fiction.
A few of my close friends have had their babies so when I get motivated I will sort through pictures and post those plus all the Christmas/Winter Break stuff too! :)
